DIRECTIONS TO PROPERTY:
From intersection of Route 6 and Route 29 in Tunkhannock, go south on Route 29. Immediately after crossing the Susquehanna
River, turn right at sign for the Weeping Willow, onto North Eaton Road. Follow North Eaton Road approximately 2.2 miles.
Property is on right-hand side just after the Weeping Willow inn (white farmhouse with green shutters). Property borders North
Eaton Road from just AFTER the Weeping Willow’s split-rail fence, to just BEFORE a mailbox marked 504 North Eaton Road.
Property also borders Stevens Lane (the road you can turn right onto just before the 504 mailbox).
The property is also accessible by continuing for 0.3 additional miles on North Eaton Road, turning right on Bryden Beach
Road, then turning right again. You will then come to a dead-end along the north edge of the property. The property can also
be viewed from the river, as it has approximately 1,150 feet of river frontage.
